Jeonju Bibimbap Triangle Kimbap

The idea is good, but this needs some improvement I guess.

One of the traditional Korean dish you must try if you visit Korea.
Bibimbap is the well-known dish for Korean as well as Non-Korean. It is always ranked in top 10 that you must try when you visit Korea.
The word 'Bibim' means literally "mixed," but for food, it is more likely to mix with flavoring sauces such as spicy paste with sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, etc.
Basically, it is served with warm steamed rice, various fresh vegetable, seasoned vegetables, fried egg, seaweed, sliced beef, spicy paste, and sesame oil in a bowl, but there are many different ways to serve by regions, so it is hard to say this is the one.
Jeonju Bibimbap
Jeonju Bibimbap is the most popular for Korean. Even Michael Jackson loved it with soy
source instead of spicy paste and he ordered whenever he visited Korea.

There a funny story about Bibimbap. It was used to be eaten on the new year's eve to get rid of all leftovers of side dishes before new year came. ^^

I used to make it for quick lunch with rice, lettuce, beef, fried eggs, spicy paste and sesame oil.

By the way, I don't recommend this Jeonju Bibimbap Triangle Kimbap for foretaste because ingredients between this Triangle Kimbap and original Bibimbap are INCOMPARABLE.
