Pork Bulgogi Lunch Box / Bassak Bulgogi Dosirak

Bulgogi and Japchae with Freshly Harvested Steamed Rice.

You can try this lunch box to a foretaste of Pork Bulgogi and Jachae.

Bulgogi is usually marinated beef, but this lunch box serves you Pork. I think the basic taste is almost same as beef bulgogi, but there is not much juice from the marinated pork because it says Bassak bulgogi as named. The Korean word Bassak means well-done, so it cooked pork Bugogi up to dried up the juice.
Japchae is stir-fried sweet potato noodle with sliced beef and various vegetables such as green onion, carrot, spinach, mushroom, sesame seeds, etc.

There is deep fried ham and egg cutlet that I have never seen and had before.

It is also served freshly harvested steamed rice which means harvested in the September or October of the year. This is my second lunch box with it and the dice shaped, and a little sesame seeds on top look like a kind of marketing for customers to catch up it is freshly harvested rice, I guess.
I also find out the mark on top of the label.

The model of this lunch box is Hyeja Kim who is an actress and well- known advertisement of the seasonings as a mother of Korea for a long time.
