Kids' Favorite Lunch Box
This lunch box contains 4 big pieces of sliced pork loin cutlet. In Korean pork cutlet is called "Donkkaseu" that came originally from Japan called "Tonkatsu" which is deep fried breaded port cutlet. People says this tonkatsu came from schnitzel late 1800's
I still remember that it was expensive and luxurious food back in 80's because it was served at only western style restaurant that was the symbol of luxurious life to be able to go once or twice a year along with hamburger steak. It served with some salad, cream soup or mushroom soup, and your choice of rice or bread as well as fork and knife.
Nowadays pork cutlet is very common dish that you can find everywhere in Korea and one of the kid's favorite meals. It is even sold as kids menu in some Korean restaurant serves only spicy dishes or traditional dish that kids do not like to eat.
It also served oil spaghetti with bok choy and mushroom, a piece of deep-fried chicken, cocktail sausage, rolled omelet, and stir-fried Kimchi.
