Spicy Beef Brisket Lunch Box / Chadol Dooroochighi Dosirak

Stir Fried Spicy Brisket and Vegetables with 5 Side Dishes and Freshly Harvested Rice

This lunch box is the brisket that I have never had before.
Anyhow stir fried brisket was a quite spicy, but it was good a lunchbox with side dishes that were not spicy. Some may say stir-fried kimchi is still spicy, but for me it was ok.
The name of Dooroochighi is come from how to cook, evenly stir fry meat and vegetables with a little water and make food quickly from cold ingredients until water is dried up. As it mentioned, it is cooked same way with brisket, red chili pepper, spicy paste, bean sprouts, soy source, starch syrup, garlic, onion, green onion, chili powder and spread a little of roasted sesame seeds on top.
There are many different dooroochighi at the restaurants with pork, seafood, pork and kimchi, octopus, etc. You can foretaste beef and side dishes that comes with the main dish generally.

It is also served freshly harvested steamed rice which means harvested in the September or October of the year. This is my second lunch box with it and the dice shaped and a little sesame seeds on top look like a kind of marketing for customers to catch up it is freshly harvested rice, I guess.
I also find out the mark on top of the label.
