Easy to make sweet & spicy Kimchi fried rice with sunny side up on top

It is Korean style fried rice that most of Korean can make it at home.


Easy and simple recipe for anyone even who isn't good at cooking.
There are many variations to make it better.
I will make different versions later. :)

Adding some sesame oil and sugar will reduce spicy of KImchi and make it better.

RECIPE!!
For 1 serving

INGREDIENTS

1 bowl Steamed rice, cooled down
1/3 bowl Kimchi, chopped
2 Tbsp Sausage, chopped
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp Vegetable oil

INSTRUCTIONS / DIRECTIONS
1.Heat up the frying pan and stir-fry Kimchi with sesame oil
2.Keep stir-frying Kimchi with sugar and soy sauce about 3 minutes.
3.On another frying pan, add vegetable Oil and chopped green onions with medium heat for the oil to get green onion flavor about 2 minutes.
4.Add chopped sausage and stir-fried Kimchi
5.Add steamed rice and stir until mixed well.
6.Make sunny side up with egg.
7.Place fried rice on a plate and sunny side up on top.
