How to make instant black bean noodle / Jajangmyun better at home.
This simple hack of a recipe, with an additional ingredient, it will be more delicious and make it same as Jajangmyeon that is served at the restaurant.
RECIPE!!
For 1 serving
Ingredients
1 package of Jajang noodle / Black bean noodle3 cups of water / 600cc
2 Tbsp green onion, chopped
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 potato, diced
1 egg
2 Tbsp Vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS / DIRECTIONS
1.Stir-fry chopped green onions with 1 Tbsp vegetable oil on medium heat for the oil to get green onion flavor about 2 minutes.2.Add diced potatoes and oyster sauce.
3.Stir-fry until potatoes are cooked with black bean paste.
4.Boil water in a pot / 600cc.
5.Place noodle gently and vegetable mix.
6.Keep boiling until it is cooked. (2~3minutes)
7.Drain water from the noodle and move the noodle in a pot or plate.
8.Add pre-made black bean sauce and mix well.
9.Make sunny side up with egg with vegetable oil.
10.Place black bean noodled on a plate and sunny side up on top.
