Bibimbap on Stone Plate

New Fashioned Bibimbap?

Bibimbap, the mixed rice, usually comes with hot stone pot or metal bowl such made from stainless or brass. However, this franchised restaurant it comes with the hot stone plate. I think this makes the Bibimbap different to be more valuable than other Bibimbap in the stainless bowl. People thinks some Korean foods in the hot stone pot are better because it keeps foods warm until finished.

There was steamed rice in the middle, and it garnished with seasoned zucchini, bean sprouts, fried yolk of egg, fried white of egg, carrot, seasoned radish, seasoned spinach, cooked mushroom, seasoned bracken, and cooked beef on the hot stone plate. It seemed all ingredients were prepared because I could tell even fried egg was not sunny-side up. This was not pretty as much as more expensive and fancy Bibimbap, but it was OK to have a quick lunch in a small restaurant. It took about 5minutes to come in front of me and taste was good.
I added some spicy chili paste on top of steamed rice and mixed all with a spoon.

Kimchi, pickled radish, and soup that I couldn't find what taste came as side dishes.

6,000 Korean Won
