How to make Rolled Omelette with Kimchi and Cheese.
There are tons of side dishes in Korean food.The Egg rolled omelet is one of the easiest and kids loving side dish with steamed rice.
Any ingredients you can add to make your own recipe and sometimes I add finely chopped mushrooms for my kid to have it with no resistant as a little trick that my mom was used do when I was a little boy.
One of the reasons why I used chopped Kimchi and stir fry it is to make it more favorable and reduce spicy taste for my kid.
Ingredients
3 eggs1 sheet of any cheese
2~3 tablespoons of oil
Some chopped Kimchi, carrot, and green onion / Finer will be better
Some salt, ground black pepper, and sugar

INSTRUCTIONS / DIRECTIONS
1.Finely chop the carrot, green onion, and Kimchi.2.Add eggs into a bowl with a little salt and ground black pepper
3.Stir well with chopped carrot and green onion.
4.Heat up the frying pan with a little bit of oil and stir fry chopped Kimchi with some sugar.
5.Heat up(LOW) the frying pan with a little bit of oil and pour egg mixture about 1/2 and cook thin layer of fried egg
6.Start to roll it from the edge when it is almost cooked(about 80%)
7.Keep rolling in a half way of the frying pan and move the cooked egg mixture to the empty space fo the pan.
8.Pour the rest of egg mixture and place stir fried kimchi on the rolled space evenly.
9.Roll up once more and put sliced cheese evenly.
10.Keep rolling all the way up.
Note: If you want to a little crispy texture, heat up a little and flip over all around until you want to cook.
11. Move over to cutting board and cool it down a little.
12. Cut and serve! :)
