Easy to make fried bean curd with seasoned rice /Yubuchobap
This fried bean curd with seasoned rice /Yubuchobap is another favorite and special food for a field trip or picnic like Kimbap in Korea. It is originally one of Japanese sushi called Inari sushi/Inarizushi, but the biggest difference is Korean one has more vegetables and it isn't sour at all that I know of. It used to be filled with fried rice like the rice ball. Nowadays the packages in the store contain vinegar like Japnese one and become easier to make it.
Anyhow it is still good to have for kids even adults.
I will make my mom's version later. :)
