🔥My $5 Korean lunch. Simple, but Nutritious :) #3

My Korean Lunch #3.
It’s simple and ordinary home made style lunch plate that I usually have at work in Seoul Korea and cost me ONLY U$5.00.
There are a lot of Korean foods on Youtube, but I want to check on the other side of it.
Because there are more foods you wouldn’t find on the internet.

I hope I will introduce many healthy and nutritious Korean dishes made with healthy ingredients from fields, mountains, and sea by 4 seasons. Furthermore, it will give some ideas to make vegetarian foods and foods that will help your diet if you are on it. 
Some of them seem to very close to Chinese or Japanese, but we have been creating unique Korean style most of the time such as instant ramen & Kimbap from Japan, and black bean noodles from China, etc.

It is HARD to imagine the taste of the Korean dishes sometimes when you see them for the first time because foods are mixed and/or boiled and/or fermented with very different ingredients. A few friend of mine were scared to try at the first time they tried to have them.

I hope this will make you understand Korean foods a little more and help to get rid of fear to try.

 ✤Main dish✤
➤Tuna Kimchi stew in an earthen(baked clay) pot
 •Kimchi, Tuna(Canned), Tofu, dried red chili pepper powder,
 onion, green onion, garlic, salt, sugar, ground black pepper,
 sesame oil, sesame seeds
➤Steamed rice

     ✤Side Dishes✤
➤Spicy chewy noodles🌶
 •Korean chewy wheat noodle, lettuce, soybean sprouts,
 cabbage, chili paste, dried red chili pepper powder, carrot,
 sugar, garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds
➤Spicy pickled cucumber🌶
 •Picked cucumber, garlic, green onion, sugar, sesame seeds,
  sesame oil, dried red chili pepper powder
➤Tofu & spinach
 •Tofu, spinach, sesame oil, sesame seeds, salt
➤Imitation crabmeat & fish cakes
 •Imitation crabmeat, fish cakes, onion, green onion, garlic,
 sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil, tomato ketchup, soy sauce
➤Steamed egg with sesame leaf

 •Egg, sesame leaf, salted shrimp, carrot, green onion, sugar

     ✤Main dish✤
➤Korean black bean sauce on rice
 •Pork, potato, cabbage, zucchini, onion, black bean paste,
 vegetable oil, potato starch, sugar, green pea
➤Seaweed soybean paste soup
 •Soybean paste, seaweed, tofu, soy sauce, dried kelp,
 dried anchovy
➤Green salad with strawberry dressing


     ✤Side Dishes✤
➤Radish Kimchi🌶
 •Radish(daikon), salt, sugar, garlic, ginger,
  onion, fish sauce, dried red chili pepper powder
➤Kimchi🌶
 •Napa cabbage, salt, sweet rice flour, sugar, garlic,
 ginger, onion, fish sauce, dried red chili pepper powder,
 leek, green onion, carrot, radish(daikon)
➤Napa cabbage & soybean paste
 •Napa cabbage, soybean paste, garlic sesame seeds,
 sesame oil
➤Ham fritter
 •Ham, egg, tomato ketchup
➤Deep Fried dumpling
  •Pork, flour, leek, sweet potato noodle, onion, green onion,
  sugar, soy sauce, mushroom, garlic, salt, pepper, sesame oil,
   ginger, sweet rice flour
 ➤Dumpling sauce
  •Soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, onion, carrot
