Stir fried spicy pork & squid🌶 and Seaweed soup/ Nutritious Korean Food #26😘

🍱Stir fried spicy pork & squid🌶 🍱 

My Korean Lunch #26.
It’s simple and ordinary home made style lunch plate that I usually have at work in Seoul Korea and cost me ONLY U$5.00.
There are a lot of Korean foods introduction video on Youtube such as Korean Bbq, Bibimbap, spicy ramen noodles, etc. and many eating shows called mukbang, but I want to check on the other side of it. Because there are more foods you wouldn’t find on the internet.

I hope I will introduce many healthy and nutritious Korean dishes made with healthy ingredients from fields, mountains, and sea by 4 seasons. Many of them are organic and natural ingredients that are minimized their nutrition. Furthermore, it will give some ideas to make vegetarian foods and foods that will help your diet if you are on it.
Some of them seem to very close to Chinese or Japanese, but we have been creating unique Korean style most of the time such as instant ramen & Kimbap from Japan, and black bean noodles from China, etc.

It is HARD to imagine the taste of the Korean dishes sometimes when you see them for the first time because foods are mixed and/or boiled an/or fermented with very different ingredients. A few friend of mine were scared to try at the first time they tried to have them.

I hope this will make you understand Korean foods a little more and help to get rid of fear to try.

Street Food in Seoul Korea / Crunch Balloon Bread 🍞 (Bubble Hotteok)

Crunch Balloon Bread 🍞 (Bubble Hotteok) 버블호떡


It is called Bubble Hotteok(버블호떡) or Gonggal-ppang (공갈빵) in Korea which means there is hollow space inside of it.
Originally it is made by the Chinese immigrant and it wasn't made in the iron tray before. Looks like someone made it bake the bread quick and easy in a small street food stand.

It is called a kind of bread, but it's crunchy like cookies or chips.



▶Ingredients
-Flour, corn flour, and rice powder for the dough.
-Brown sugar, cinnamon, black sesame seed for filling

It is not the best street food, but I think it is enough to have fun to try it with spending less than $1.00. 😊

Why don't you try 😊  when you visit South Korea.

Its original appearance looks like pita bread or Turkish lavash,
 but it contains sweet filling inside.

It cost about U$0.90
Simple and fast snack on the street food truck.

Introducing Street Food in Seoul Korea.

Grilled Vegetable Omelette Sandwich with Ham and Cheese!





There are 4 choices of vegetable omelette sandwiches.
- Vegetable Omelette Sandwich ($1.80)
- Vegetable Omelette + Ham Sandwich ($2.25)
- Vegetable Omelette + Cheese Sandwich ($2.25)
- Vegetable Omelette + Ham + Cheese Sandwich ($2.75)

▶Ingredients of Vegetable Omelette
Egg, Cabbage, Carrot, Onion, Green onion

It is good to try 😊  when you visit South Korea.
The sandwich in a paper cup might be a little strange for some people, but it is a kind of common and better than a wrapping paper in Korea.
There are similar Vegetable Omelette Sandwich in India, but it is also one of typical street food in Korea as well.

It cost about U$2.75.

My Korean Lunch #25.
It’s simple and ordinary home made style lunch plate that I usually have at work in Seoul Korea and cost me ONLY U$5.00.
There are a lot of Korean foods introduction video on Youtube such as Korean Bbq, Bibimbap, spicy ramen noodles, etc. and many eating shows called mukbang, but I want to check on the other side of it. Because there are more foods you wouldn’t find on the internet.

I hope I will introduce many healthy and nutritious Korean dishes made with healthy ingredients from fields, mountains, and sea by 4 seasons. Many of them are organic and natural ingredients that are minimized their nutrition. Furthermore, it will give some ideas to make vegetarian foods and foods that will help your diet if you are on it.
Some of them seem to very close to Chinese or Japanese, but we have been creating unique Korean style most of the time such as instant ramen & Kimbap from Japan, and black bean noodles from China, etc.

It is HARD to imagine the taste of the Korean dishes sometimes when you see them for the first time because foods are mixed and/or boiled and/or fermented with very different ingredients. A few friend of mine were scared to try at the first time they tried to have them.

🍢Street Food/Grilled Octopus Skewer in Seoul Korea. Teriyaki or Sweet Chili ?

Introducing street food in Seoul Korea.
🍢🍢 Grilled Octopus Skewer!

There are two flavors choose from.
- Teriyaki Octopus Skewer
   Grilled octopus, teriyaki sauce, mayonnaise, shaved dried bonito
- Sweet Chili Octopus Skewer
   Grilled octopus, sweet chili sauce, shaved dried bonito

For the skewer, boiled octopus is used before grilling.
I don't think it is typical Korean street food, but it is good to try. 😊

It cost about U$2.75.
Simple and fast grilled snack on the street food stand.

🔥Simple, but Nutritious Food #21😘

My Korean Lunch #21.
It’s simple and ordinary home made style lunch plate that I usually have at work in Seoul Korea and cost me ONLY U$5.00.
There are a lot of Korean foods introduction video on Youtube such as Korean Bbq, Bibimbap, spicy ramen noodles, etc. and many eating shows called mukbang, but I want to check on the other side of it. Because there are more foods you wouldn’t find on the internet.

I hope I will introduce many healthy and nutritious Korean dishes made with healthy ingredients from fields, mountains, and sea by 4 seasons. Many of them are organic and natural ingredients that are minimized their nutrition. Furthermore, it will give some ideas to make vegetarian foods and foods that will help your diet if you are on it.
Some of them seem to very close to Chinese or Japanese, but we have been creating unique Korean style most of the time such as instant ramen & Kimbap from Japan, and black bean noodles from China, etc.

It is HARD to imagine the taste of the Korean dishes sometimes when you see them for the first time because foods are mixed and/or boiled and/or fermented with very different ingredients. A few friend of mine were scared to try at the first time they tried to have them.

I hope this will make you understand Korean foods a little more and help to get rid of fear to try.

How to make Instant Stir Fried Spicy Udon noodles / Yaki Udon.

This simple recipe to make stir fried spicy udon noodles.
It is Japanese stir fried Udon noodles, Yaki Udon, but it is koreanized to add up SPICY flavor.



RECIPE!!
For 1 serving

Ingredients
1 package of Stir Fried Spicy Udon Noodle
2 cups of water / 400cc

INSTRUCTIONS / DIRECTIONS

1.Boil water in a pot / 400cc.
2.Place noodle gently and vegetable mix.
3.Keep boiling until it is cooked. (2~3minutes)
4.Drain water from the noodle and move the noodle in a pot or plate.
5.Add pre-made spicy paste and mix well.
6.Place spicy Udon noodles on a plate.

My Korean Lunch #20.
It’s simple and ordinary home made style lunch plate that I usually have at work in Seoul Korea and cost me ONLY U$5.00.
There are a lot of Korean foods introduction video on Youtube such as Korean Bbq, Bibimbap, spicy ramen noodles, etc. and many eating shows called mukbang, but I want to check on the other side of it. Because there are more foods you wouldn’t find on the internet.

I hope I will introduce many healthy and nutritious Korean dishes made with healthy ingredients from fields, mountains, and sea by 4 seasons. Many of them are organic and natural ingredients that are minimized their nutrition. Furthermore, it will give some ideas to make vegetarian foods and foods that will help your diet if you are on it.
Some of them seem to very close to Chinese or Japanese, but we have been creating unique Korean style most of the time such as instant ramen & Kimbap from Japan, and black bean noodles from China, etc.

It is HARD to imagine the taste of the Korean dishes sometimes when you see them for the first time because foods are mixed and/or boiled and/or fermented with very different ingredients. A few friend of mine were scared to try at the first time they tried to have them.
